2. Check‑in, Check‑out & Identification

• Check‑in: 12:00 PM • Check‑out: 11:00 AM (subject to availability).
• Early/late requests may incur extra charges.
• Government‑issued ID is mandatory for all guests.

3. Cancellations & No‑Show

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival unless otherwise specified.
• Non‑refundable bookings cannot be amended or canceled.
• No‑shows are charged as per booking policy.

4. Guest Conduct

• Follow hotel rules and staff instructions.
• No smoking in non‑smoking rooms; penalties may apply.
• No illegal substances, hazardous items, or weapons.
• Visitors allowed during permitted hours with registration.

5. Facilities & Events

• Events require a signed agreement with details of menu, timings, vendors.
• Outside vendors need prior approval.
• Damages caused by guests/vendors will be billed.

6. Liability

• Hotel not liable for loss of valuables not kept in safe.
• Parking at owner’s risk.
• Liability limited to amounts paid for booking/event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
